The State of New York requires all online real estate continuing ed courses to include periodic checkpoints. To satisfy this requirement we have multiple choice quizzes throughout our course. 70% is a passing score and the quiz can be taken again if failed.
Complete all of the elements in a course topic and you will receive a certificate. Then do the same thing with whichever course you want to complete next.
We submit all completed course credits to the state within 7 days of your completion. However, once you complete the credits you need, ONLY YOU can renew your real estate license online through the state`s elicensing portal. You do NOT need to wait for us to submit the credits for you to renew your license directly with the state.
